Adjust pearl texture by changing the cooking time:

Longer cooking time = softer pearls

Shorter cooking time = firmer pearls
Cooking time: ~5 minutes
Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Slowly add the tapioca pearls and gently stir.

Wait until the pearls float to the surface. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let stand for another 2–3 minutes (adjust time to personal preference).

Rinse with cold water. Before serving, allow to rest for at least 5 minutes.
